Hospital dream

I ought to write these down when they happen, rather than months later, but I am a busy person.

I had felt funny for several days...distracted, short of breath...I woke up one morning with the vivid imagery recall of clutching a newspaper, lying on a gurney, and waking up in a hospital bed with a flourescent light overhead and cold feet. I recognized the strange feeling of not being in my own body from a previous experience which I have not yet written about here. (It's a long tale.) Anyway, I felt kind of nauseous, but not really horrible, when a nurse came in and asked me if she could get anything for me, Mr. Grandy...Then I kind of slipped out, and woke up at home.

I told my housemate about it, and expressed concern for Mr. Grandy's well-being, and promptly forgot about it. A few days later, my housemate sent me an email that Fred Grandy had suffered a heart attack, but was doing fine.
