Johnny Smith
Well, I finally saw that TV Show, The Dead Zone. Two episodes of it. One where the protagonist, Johnny Smith (Sure, go ahead and make a crack about the surname. I'm waiting...) nearly gets his ass burned at the stake for witchcraft in a small Maine town, and the other one where he gets laid by a gorgeous psychotic redhead. So, I can safely say that the show is Nothing Like My Life, certainly not at all.
His deal is that he can touch people and see their futures, and apparently pasts as well; he also seems to be able to have these outside-of-time conversations with their inner souls, or something akin to that. There were a bunch of interloping spirits in bed with him and the redhead, which would put me off my game, too, such as it is... talk about "The Dead Zone"...
